La Tana del Riccio on the Aosta hill

"Tana del Riccio" takes inspiration from the hedgehogs that live in our garden in the evening hours. It is located in Porossan, the splendid hill overlooking Aosta: you will therefore have the advantage of being in the green, but also a few minutes from the city center (2.5 km). The apartment is part of the family villa: it is a large two-room apartment perfect for 2/4 guests. Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, Wi-fi, Netflix and Amazon Video. Garden with relaxation area. Parking included. The space The villa is located right on top of the hill and has the peculiarity of being built and incorporated into the rock: even the shape is original and eccentric, with irregular spaces and circular turrets. The apartment opens onto an "L" shaped entrance and a semicircular space used as a dining area with a round table for 4 people; on the left is the kitchenette, with dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob. To the right of the entrance is the large and bright living room with a corner sofa bed and a 32" LED TV. Next to the living room is the bedroom, equipped with a 4-season wardrobe and a double bed. The bathroom, connected to the living room via a hallway, is characterized by the corner Jacuzzi tub: here you can treat yourself to a nice relaxing bath! The apartment overlooks a garden of about 150 m2 and equipped with a table and chairs in the paved area right in front of the entrance door and deckchairs on the lawn, surrounded by roses and aromatic plants (rosemary and laurel) and two birch trees. You can park your car in the two squares adjacent to the villa. For those interested, there is the possibility of taking private archery lessons in the small shooting range inside the property (times and costs to be agreed). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the front garden, and can park their car in the two parking spaces in front of the villa. Other things to note TOURIST TAX The tax applies to all guests over 15 years of age for the first 7 days of stay and varies according to the season. High season rate: €1.50 per night Low season rate: €0.75 per night (from 1st May to 15th June and from 1st October to 30th November) Collection method: cash at check-in, bank transfer, Pay pal, Satispay. CHECK-IN: • In order to speed up check-in times, one week before your arrival please send a copy of the front and back of the identity document of all the people staying, for legal communications to the Police Headquarters in compliance with the P.S. regulations. • Upon arrival you will be asked to sign the short-term rental contract for tourist use (necessary for owners for tax purposes). EXTRA CHECK-IN COSTS: • DELAYS: €5 supplement for every half hour of waiting beyond 60 minutes from the established time (we ask you to notify us at least a couple of hours in advance in case of delay or early arrival, to avoid unnecessary waiting). • EVENING check-in from 8pm to 11pm: €20 supplement. • NIGHT check-in from 11pm to 7am: €40 supplement • Check-in on HOLIDAYS (Epiphany, Easter and Easter Monday, Liberation Day, Labor Day, Republic Day, Ferragosto, All Saints' Day, Immaculate Conception, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, St. Ambrose, St. Stephen's Day, New Year's Eve) for an additional cost of €25. In any case, the service during the holidays must still be requested and agreed in advance.
