A spacious full floor, in an unoccupied building. Our space comes with 7 rooms with attached bathrooms, accommodating 16 guests or more. The property has a banquet hall with a capacity of 250, a catering kitchen & guest bathroom. A courtyard with a dining table in an open verandah & tonnes of leg room for tenting & decoration, makes this an ideal spot for large parties or small wedding functions. Renting out just the rooms still gives you access to the open verandah & a kitchen for staycation The space Heritage Residency- The space is ideal for people who want to host big and small functions at a budget. We have up for rent a full floor in an unoccupied building, allowing you to comfortably host events on the floor. The first floor has 7 bedrooms, each with beds, cupboards with locks, mirrors and attached bathrooms. We also provide fresh linens for all guests. The bedrooms have double occupancy but extra mattresses can be arranged at an additional cost. The guests renting the house will also get access to a kitchen with all crockery, utensils and essential cookware, including a microwave. There is a huge courtyard with an indoor-outdoor dining table, and a space that accommodates up to 150 people. The Shaadi Affair- A sprawling banquet hall with a huge open courtyard, ideally suited for 150-200 people. The outer area is perfectly suited for tenting to expand the area into one huge hall. There is a guest washroom in the outdoor area and a catering kitchen that leads to the hall, and the exit separately. Your caterers can enter the banquet hall from the service entrance and bring the catering supplies from the back entrance, causing no interference with your guests! Included in the package is banquet rental is one room with a cupboard with a lock and an attached bathroom to store your things in during the event. We provide 3 seating sets and a few glass tables, any additional seating and decoration has to be organized for by you. Guest access The guests have full access to the entire property. Other things to note Tonnes of food delivery options in the area, a paan shop right opposite the building, ample parking space and readily available public transport.
