We don't use our car when we are on hollidays : we can do a lot of things in walking. The house is very suitable for families and friends. She is very well equipped. The space We sometimes rent our family home for 12 people located in Berck sur Mer (62600) near the sea. The house has: • A large living room with convertible sofa (140*190) • A dining room • A TV lounge with a sofa bed (rapido) for 2 people (140*190) • A large equipped kitchen: 5 gas hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. • A toilet on the ground floor • 4 bedrooms: • “fish” room: double bed (160*190) + 1 extra bed (90). • "Cabin" bedroom: a double bed (140*190), 2 bunk beds (90*190) • "Star" room: two single beds (80*190) and an extra bed for 2 people (140*190) • “Shell” bedroom: a double bed (140*190) with a shower • Bathroom with bath, double basin unit, WC • Veranda: table • Lingerie: washing machine, ... • Terrace: with tables, chairs and relax armchairs, beach umbrella • Large garden: 600 m2, barbecue Weber The house is fully equipped: dishes, iron, vacuum cleaner, cot, high chair etc. Full inventory available on request. It was completely redone in 2018. We can offer the cleaning option at the exit (60 euros). For sheets and towels, the price is 5 euros per person. Sorry, we do not accept bachelorette party or bachelorette party weekends. Guest access The house is located near the sea (600m) and near the city center Other things to note This is our family home.
