Our private, self-contained, air-conditioned studio apartment offers the best of both worlds, close to the pristine beaches of Seal Rocks yet enjoying the quiet of the countryside in its own peaceful valley. The space The newly renovated studio apartment is located on a 135 acre working farm breeding Braford Cattle. It is modern, clean and stylish offering a relaxing place to unwind. As you will be the only guests on property you will be able to enjoy the serenity of our valley far from the holiday crowds. Wake up to bird song, take breakfast on the deck with views over the lush countryside and decide how to spend your day. You can explore the beautiful beaches of Seal Rocks, surf Treachery or just relax on the farm. Feel free to explore the property with its 12 dams and if you are feeling energetic climb to the top of Hill paddock for views over Myall Lake. The farm is well located to make the most of this beautiful area's attractions: A short drive to several boat ramps accessing Myall Lake and Smiths Lake. Close to world class surf breaks and unspoilt beaches. Expore the National Parks of Booti Booti, Wallingat and Myall Lakes. Access from the property to the state forest with its numerous trails for bushwalking, running or mountain biking. GUEST SPACE The accommodation has its own private entrance and is attached to the main farmhouse by a shared verandah. There is ample parking for your vehicle and boat if you wish to explore the nearby waterways and fishing spots. ACCESS The access to our picturesque farm and valley is along a gravel road. We regularly maintain the road, but it may not be suitable for some cars with low clearance especially after heavy rain. We are situated 20 minutes from the nearest supermarket, so don't forget to stock up on supplies. The studio kitchen is well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking appliances to create that perfect meal.
