Lovely three-bed semi detached house in the centre of the quiet village of Belton. Opposite there is a village pub, a shop and just down the road a doctors surgery. Views of the church, this really is a place to unwind. Parking is ample; you can fit two cars by the front door and one on the paved drive round the back of the house. There is open countryside on the doorstep, with bridal paths and spectacular views. Grace Dieu ruins are only 1.5 miles away and certainly worth a visit. The space Guests love this place for its location and ease of access. It's quiet with the added benefit of a pub/restaurant and village shop right on the doorstep. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, including kitchen/dining area, lounge, downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom and the three bedrooms. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dishwasher. There is a table and benches on the decking to the rear of the property. Other things to note We'll provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cosy sofa, TV, broadband, bedding/bed linens, towels, pots and pans, cutlery/crockery, microwave, oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc. Coffees and teas included.
