Cozy birds nest: close to town, trails, & taverns

This peaceful and clean space is a secluded side of the house. It's your own space! We are in W. Sedona. You'll have a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, a small table and chairs, a frig, and a pod coffee maker. You'll have privacy, but we're happy to help you with whatever. There is no microwave. This is a base camp for exploring amazing Sedona. It is cleaned meticulously by a cleaning service after each guest. For your safety and ours, the house has outdoor security lights and cameras. Right now, because of Covid, we cannot allow early check-ins or late check-outs, as we need the time to clean and sanitize the space. The room is bright and cozy and separated from the main house by a locked door, so you won't be sharing any indoor space with anyone else. You'll have your own en suite bathroom with a shower (no bathtub) and access to the beautiful yard. We are within walking distance to some of the best hiking trails in Sedona. Sit out on the bistro set and enjoy a glass of wine and the view. Relax in the room after a long day's hike. Bring your favorite K-cups and enjoy the Keurig coffee maker. With advanced notice, there is a Pack and play available for littles. Due to my child's severe allergies to pets, we are unable to host any animals. Guest access Your room and bathroom, the front and back yards and all garden spaces. Other things to note Please be quiet when in the common spaces like the driveway, or in between the houses, as my tenant lives really close. :) Please also be smart about your water-use, as this is the desert!
