Comfortable double-room in 1920s bungalow with large garden in a delightful rural setting but close enough for easy access to all amenities and local attractions - idyllic beaches, cycle & bush tracks. Quiet & peaceful. Gregarious hosts. The space Our house is cosy and welcoming, especially when we have the open fire and/or wood stove lit. Lots of old features, and modern comforts. Your room has a double-bed, desk with drawers, and wardrobe space. Wi-fi available if you really need to be online. Our location is nicely isolated at the end of the road, surrounded by leafy orchards and no close neighbours to overlook us. Guest access Guests have their own double-room, and share the rest of the house - we are happiest when visitors just make themselves feel at home. Kitchen and BBQ available - and there'll most probably be some of our produce around to cook up. There are eateries in town, but you can bring food to share for dinner or self-cater if you prefer. Complete meals or packed lunches available by arrangement. During your stay As little or as much interaction as you like - happy to leave you to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. We do enjoy sharing our stories and listening to yours. Anyone for super-size scrabble on the flagstones? Or how about a game of Cranium? Or just a decent chat.
