This home is 2 blocks to the Cathedral and in between Calhoun and Lafayette Squares. Fully appointed, you have everything to make your vacation in Savannah a perfect one. Sip coffee on the bright patio overlooking a private courtyard. Enjoy the Savannah life for a weekend or longer. We are happy to host you. The space One flight up and in the center of the historic district. Walk everywhere. Clary’s Cafe and the famous Jones St are right out of the door. The Cathedral and amazing restaurants are just a block away. Smart television, and WiFi all included. New wifi/internet system with a decent signal. Carriage house is fully disinfected and cleaned prior to check in. Comes with mini split HVAC which is serviced and ready to keep you cool. Guest access Laundry if needed, just ask we will do our best to accommodate. Private patio overlooking a courtyard too. Your space is all yours. 1 flight up. Other things to note Savannah is a darling city full of history and lots to explore. You will enjoy this carriage house as its in the center of the historic district. I am happy to be your host. I look forward to having you. We are pet-friendly and charge a $75 pet fee for guests looking to bring their four-legged friend. Dog bowls can be found under the kitchen sink. We recommend not to leave approved pets unattended if possible. Due to this being a studio carriage house, we are only able to accommodate a max of 2 people. The $150 security deposit will only be utilized if necessary. You will not be charged upon booking.
