Historic charm in this one bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, high ceilings, granite countertops, and more. Designed for comfort and ease with a touch of designer flare. Queen bed, comfy chairs, full kitchen, hooks throughout (for clothes, jackets, bags, etc) Small deck outside and full kitchen with all you need to cook (please let us know if we missed anything). Covered parking, keyless entry and dusk to dawn outside lighting ensures a welcome feel when you arrive. A great home away The space The bedroom has a lovely queen bed, side chair, ceiling fan, and desk with chair. An iron and ironing board are in the closet, small chest of drawers, as well hooks for jackets, bags, etc. Bath is in hall between the bedroom and the living room with shower and tub. Extra towels are in the small closet and hooks are behind the door. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Comfy chair with ottoman and sofa in living room provide a casual, relaxing area. Large wall mounted, flat screen tv and antenna (local channels), ceiling fan and table with 2 chairs are all in the living area. The sofa folds out to a single bed. You'll find some games, cards, magazines, and books. Central air and heat, wifi, and lots of hooks throughout (for coats, bags, etc). The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, microwave, full stove, full refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, glasses and hopefully all you need to in your home away from home. Please let us know if we missed anything, we want you comfortable and our guests have provided terrific input over the years. Guest access This is an apartment with a private entrance and covered parking behind the building. The entire area is yours. There may be neighbors above and/or beside you in the same building. There is Laundry access in the building around back, please let us know in advance if you want to use the laundry area. Other things to note This apartment is a part of a quadraplex. You will be staying in the left side apartment. Although we almost never have had complaints over the years, keep in mind that others live or are staying next to you. You may hear them or they may hear you on occasion. While we don't expect this to be a problem, we want you to be aware of the living arrangements. Note: Railroad tracks are located nearby & trains run through town regularly.
