Camargo Inn

Welcome to our traditional farmhouse set in Lancaster County surrounded by working farms. The Inn is great for families or small groups. Includes five bedrooms, sleeping ten guests! Sit on the front porch overlooking a dairy farm with rolling hills and animals grazing, or enjoy a more secluded backyard view with gardens, small wildlife and an occasional deer. Expect to see Amish buggies frequently passing by the property. The space We purchased the farmhouse in the summer of 2017. With lots of preparation and work done to the space it is now fresh, clean, and welcoming! Our first floor kitchen is stocked with the essentials: Coffee maker and ground coffee, sugar, and sweeteners SP, oil, and honey Microwave, toaster, and crockpot A large table for 8-10 Pots, pans, dinnerware, and silverware. There is not a dishwasher. The living room is spacious with comfortable furniture for lounging, a smart TV, Camargo Inn Netflix account, a DVD player, an easy to use fireplace, a round table for games or crafts, etc., and large windows making it easy to view gardens and wildlife. There is a secluded outdoor patio with furniture that is right off the living room. We have books, DVDs, puzzles and card games, and some toys and books for children. Camargo Inn has a total of five bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor and include two queen beds, a double bed, and two single beds. The back corner bedroom is accessed through one of the other bedrooms. There are a few couches in the living room that are suitable for sleeping. We provide shampoo, hand soap, towels and washcloths, linens and pillows, and extra blankets. There are two full bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor has a spacious shower and jacuzzi tub. The bathroom on the second floor has a standard size shower/tub. The foyer on the main floor offers more space for your vacation items, a coat rack, and washer and dryer. The Inn has roughly an acre of backyard space with a fire-pit and supplies for you to use and enjoy. ***We kindly ask that the number of guests staying overnight reflects the number on the reservation. We try to set our price appealing to groups of 2 but appropriate for groups of 10. If you have any questions about this please don’t hesitate to ask. Guest access The home is yours while you are visiting. Feel free to walk around the property and gardens. If you need anything while you are vacationing we are nearby if needed. Other things to note We ask that you are prompt with 11am check out unless we discuss a later time. NO SMOKING inside, please be responsible smoking outside. NO PETS. We have this policy for guests that have allergies.
