Studio 1. Seclusion in the Black Forest. Woodend

The Studio is a private space on a country property in the Black Forest near Woodend. Only 40 mins from Melbourne it’s an easy drive NW up the Calder Hwy. It is totally self contained with all amenities, a comfy king size bed, double glazed windows & doors to keep the heat in during winter. It has 3 double French doors that open out to a dam surrounded by nature & local wildlife. I live on the adjoining property & am available to let you in & give tips on what to do & see. The space A large bedroom space, fully furnished. Built in wardrobes in the bedroom, tv, kingsize bed adjoining ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped and has all the necessary cooking facilities, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and electric hot plates. (No oven). A dining table to seat 4 and a desk. Heated in winter by a Morso wood heater. Large comfy lounge suite. Guest access All facilities are available to our guests, including internet and Netflix. All bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied. The kitchen with coffee, tea, seasonal fruit and basic pantry items if the guest want to cook. Fire wood supplied for indoor heating. Fire pit available only in winter on request. Other things to note The Studio is secluded and private and guests can have a quiet rested break. The area has many walks and interesting local places to visit. The Studio is only a couple of kilometers to Woodend, it’s V line station and it’s busy cafe and small country town lifestyle.
