A relaxed self contained apartment with a queen size bed and modern on-suite bathroom. The living room offers kitchenette. a dining table for 6, comfy couch, coffee table and smart TV with Netflix and free Broadband Wifi Outside is a relaxed shaded area with day bed, and dining table adjacent to your own BBQ area. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water for ocean rinse off or a midnight shower in a winter storm. Surfboard rack space is available. Guest access Our biggest draw is the beaches, with Jan Juc Beach just 4 minutes walk from your own back gate, and world famous Bells Beach just a 5 minutes drive, or a 30 minute walk along a spectacular cliff top track. In fact for surfers there are 9 high quality breaks between here and Bell’s. Just around the corner in Jan Juc is the wonderful Swell Cafe, and The Rock, a brand new incarnation of an iconic eating spot,plus the Jan Juc Hotel and Jan Juc Fish and Chips, with Steve and Marie, who do some of the best fish and chips you can imagine. Cycling heaven is all around with some big hills, and challenging trail riding all starting at the doorstep. Other things to note We have an off street parking space for guests - on request.
