The house has a contemporary Indian art décor. It is surrounded by plentiful greenery with lush green parks in the front and in the back of the house and also with a small private garden at level zero and a hugely spacious terrace garden at the roof of the house. Ours is a family/kid friendly and homely environment with round the clock security. Available for Private rooms or the entire Holiday apartment. Private rooms available are as follows: 3 King size private double room with king sized super comfortable beds; all with air-conditioning, well equipped bathroom, study and spacious balcony overlooking the lush green parks next to our house. 1 queen sized bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, air-conditioning, well equipped bathroom, and study. We also provide heater at an extra cost of Rs 250 per day per heater. Please note that parties and music are not allowed at our apartment. Guest access Make your way to our huge Drawing Room and relax in the contemporary Indian low sitting décor with ample sunlight falling in for sun-basking or on a lit up night for a gala dinner get together. Ask us to serve you tandoori and dum-pukht, north Indian delicacies. Amidst the various bedrooms, next to the kitchen is our spacious living area, perfect for that fine dining experience or a tea time together or to just laze around after a tiring shopping day. OR if the chef in you wants to griddle and fiddle with the indian spices; our well-equipped Kitchen welcomes you to please your cravings. Ask us if you want a particular ingredient for that special thing you may want to make and we'll arrange it for you in no time... Or climb up to our hugely spacious terrace garden overlooking the skyscrapers and the city’s landscape. Ask us for the live grill facility. We would be delighted to ensure you a gala night experience. Residents enjoy gym (which is chargeable) facility at the level zero of the house and are free to use the dining area. Ample parking space, free wi-fi facility, free ironing, washer & drier facility, Elevator and food to order facility is also available. Customers not having Indian ID, should provide valid Indian visa , passport of their specific country and have to fill a travel form before they check in. 2. We advice all the customers visiting India to purchase an Indian phone number/SIM card at the airport; otherwise, they may face difficulty obtaining it from local market. No assistance in getting SIM card facility will be provided by us. 3. Lost key charges will be Rs 1000/- per room; and for main door it will be Rs 5000/-
