Family house Amsterdam at Children playground

Our house is situated on a large square without cars or other traffic where the children can enjoy themselves to their heart's content. This is a great starting point to combine the discovery of our culture of Amsterdam with relaxation for the family. From here you can easily enjoy our city of Amsterdam by rented bike, tram or subway. The space Do you have a family with (small or bigger) kids, you will come with friends and do you want to live life like the locals and tour around on bikes? Or you visit our city by car and require a parkingspot next to the houe. Then our house is perfect for you. - The kids can play outside pm the big playground very safely while parents sit outside on our sunny terrace lounge. There is No traffic. - You will find nice, cheap restaurants in the neighbourhood - Amsterdam Jordaan area/ Dam / Museum quarter are all minutes by tram or bike. - Our house is closeby to the main (public transport) connections to airport or train station. Because we are on holiday, we look for guests who don't mind to feed the plants with water. We have a small vegetable garden on the roof terrace. Our home can accommodate a family about two to seven people. The house is new, clean, and has all modern facilities. The house is comfortable, has a homely atmosphere but is still modern and trendy. Lay out In the living room you will find digital television, fast secured WIFI, Xbox, toys for the younger children and a big window that will give you an overview on the playground. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and a large dining table that can be extended with a child / baby seat. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with kinsize boxspring matrass; Bedroom 1 - on the second floor is the master bedroom, with a Quensize boxspring. Bedroom 2 - on the second floor has a 160 double bed. Also availble is a wardrobe to save your belongings. The spacious bathroom on the second floor has a tub and a seperate rain shower. Bedroom 3 - on the third floor has a corner build bunkbed for two kids / adolesentes and an extra matrass that can be used for an adult or children. You will also find here the entrance to the rooftop terrace. The house offers the following amenities: Wireless internet, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine for clothes. You are not allowed to have pets, to use fire or to smoke in the house. Guest access The whole house is accessible. We offer on your request an empty wardrobe for your clothing and belonging. You can do your washing and drying if necessary. Other things to note There are towels for the guests available to use in the bathroom.
