The space On the ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen, opens to living room - Dining area - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed - 2 shower rooms - 2 powder rooms 1st floor: - 3 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a baby bed and a changing table - 1 shower room - 1 independent toilet 2nd floor: - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds - 1 separate toilet Outdoor areas: - 800 m2 grassy area with petanque court, swing and slide. - Synthetic grass area with a 6.5*3 m pool, secured with a safety cover - A 60 m2 courtyard with a ping pong table, a plancha, a foosball table, 2 folding tables and 15 chairs.
