The house is situated in a settlement of a unique street and land layout. This settlement consists of exquisite villas, isolated and detouched where peace and serenity preside. The settlement is guarded 24/7. The retreat consists of two guest houses of unrivalled beauty and architecture. The price displayed is for both guesthouses. Under the Greek Law, we are obliged to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the guest is needed Αριθμός άδειας ή μητρώου 00000623932 00000623954 The space The two guesthouses, one named The Owl Guesthouse and the other named The Fox Guesthouse, are the ground floor of a villa and have immediate access to the garden. No stairs. They both consist of a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom with a buildin double bed and a bathroom with shower. The Fox guesthouse sleeps two persons in the living room area. One person on a bed and a second one on a bed which one draws from the main one and another two persons on a double bed. The Owl guesthouse can sleep one person on a bed in the living room area nad another two persons on a double bed. So both guesthouses sleep in total seven persons. The guesthouses are in a garden of 3000 square meters full of pine trees and natural born flora where you can relax, listen to the humming of birds, the sound of the cicada, connect to nature and feel relaxed and reborn. Outside the guesthouses there is also a roofed area with one stone table and one wooden where you can enjoy your meals, coffee or drinks gazing at the garden but also shadowed from the sun. There is also another terrace with a build-in table and sofa where there is a natural shadow from a lovely mulberry tree. Even though each guesthouse is fully equipped and could be rented separately, we decided to rent them together to a group of friends, a family or two families. This way we ensure that our guests will enjoy their privacy and plenty of space. The price displayed is for both guesthouses.
