Upon arrival you will be greeted by the picturesque view of a 74+ acre farm just across the street, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our proprietary building envelope design results in minimal energy consumption, empowering you to control the thermostat setting for heat and AC exactly as you like it. Inside our genuinely unique apartment, you'll find two private bedrooms and an office/den, accommodating up to four people. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, along with ample storage space, and a TV with Roku. The northeast corner bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and ample storage options. The office/den is perfect for business travelers or workcations, equipped with a spacious desk, lamp, and a twin bed also featuring a Tempur-Pedic mattress. One of the standout features is the apartment's wheel chair accessibility. Our two large bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with extra large marble walk-in / roll-in showers. The master bedroom is adjoining with one of the bathrooms. We provide 100% freshly laundered cotton bath towels and linens, plus other essential amenities upon arrival. For those who love to cook, our apartment's large kitchen provides ample prep space and is outfitted with stainless steel cookware, a microwave, GE electric range/oven, an 8 cup coffee maker, serving dishes, and utensils. We stock basic essentials such as liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleanser, bath/body soap, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, non-dairy coffee creamer, etc for the first week or two of a stay. In addition to all the comforts, we prioritize your safety and well-being. Our "Infection Prevention Protocol" ensures thorough cleaning and disinfection of our accommodations after each guest's departure. We also provide a range of products and tools to assist you in case of spills, tracked-in dirt, or heavy cooking residue. Hosts have years of hospitality experience. If there is ever an issue with any of the mechanical systems or appliances, we urge guests to contact us immediately. We live 2.7 miles from the property. Last but not least, our property features excellent quality and refreshing well water that will quench your thirst with its sweet taste. Guest access There is off street, safe, free, private parking for two vehicles with wheelchair accessible into the apartment. The entry door is located on the east side of the building down a walkway. The combination to the door is sent to a guest prior to arrival. Other things to note For guests staying for a duration of 30 nights, there is no requirement to pay the PA state tax. Similarly, for guests staying for 31 nights or more, the Chester County 5% room tax is exempted. This combined 11% savings is particularly notable and represents a substantial benefit for those planning an extended stay of 31 nights or more.
