PRIVATE ANNEX NR KESWICK & FREE USE OF LUXURY SPA

Orchard Grove private En-suite Annex on the ground floor, situated in the village of Braithwaite. With several pubs and a shop in the village, we are also conveniently located only 2.5 miles from the town of Keswick which has an array of shops, bars, restaurants and Derwentwater Lake. Surrounded by mountains where you can begin the climb from the front door. At the foot of Whinlatter Pass, make sure to bring your mountain bike along too! Unlimited use at Underscar Spa, Keswick. no children. The space Orchard Grove Annex consists of a large room with a superking bed, dining area, comfy chairs, a large walk in wardrobe with a Safe and a kitchenette area. PLEASE NOTE:- THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES, only a toaster, kettle and under counter fridge. You have full internet access, a 40" smart TV. A selection of books, maps and board games. We provide a basic continental breakfast, which consists of bread & preserves, orange juice, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, milk, tea & coffee. This will be in your room on arrival for you to have at leisure, and will be enough for the duration of your stay. There is a large en-suite shower, we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. You have a private parking space in the driveway and we also have an electric charging point. PLEASE NOTE, the annex is part of the main house so please expect general house noise. Due to the current situation with covid 19 we will not be coming into your room unless there is a problem. Use of Underscar Spa Nr Keswick which includes a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and small gym. This is a 2.5 mile drive from the annex. Guest access Designated Private Parking on the driveway. Your own room and garden area with outdoor seating. We also have a fantastic BBQ hut that you are very welcome to use. We charge a nominal fee of £20 for the charcoal and cleaning. Other things to note The annex is part of the main house so please expect some general house noise.
