Accommodation in a gay-friendly house on a naturist beach

We live in the house and we rent our sofa bed (or 1 bedroom if available) in our house close to the naturist beach of Bréville sur mer near Granville. The sofa bed is located in the living room near the bathroom and toilet. We don't make meals but fridge and microwave available to roommates. Possibility to pick you up by car at Granville train station and do your grocery shopping (+gas costs) Presence of several gayfriendly roommates The space New and modern house of 85 m2 inhabited in shared accommodation with several people, especially in summer, hostel or Spanish style with large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the garden. Shared bathroom, toilet, and sofa bed (in profile photo of our listing) are located on the ground floor of the house. If you wish to sleep in a private room, please let us know in your first message if it is available or not. The house is located in a very quiet location, a 5-minute walk from the sea, the naturist and textile beach of Bréville sur Mer and the Granville Golf Club in Bréville sur Mer. Possibility of the presence of other roommates in the house during peak periods or in the summer season since we are registered on other accommodation sites. We don't offer meals. Available to co-tenants: cutlery, fridge, microwave oven... to reheat prepared dishes purchased commercially. It is FORBIDDEN to cook in the house and to fry food to respect the sense of smell of other tenants. Thank you for your understanding. There is a free shuttle bus in July and August between Granville train station and the house. We can pick you up by car at the SNCF station in Granville and take you to do your food shopping at the supermarket near the station (10 euros contribution requested for gas costs) if you travel by train to Granville. For people in cars, there is free parking in front of the house. It is possible that gay-friendly people will be present during your stay with us, since our house is only a 5-minute walk from the naturist beach of Granville, the beach of Bréville sur mer. We only receive single and tolerant people. Kindness and respect are the main house rules. Couples, children and families are not allowed. We only speak French. We speak only French, sorry Guest access Granville is about 5 km from the house. We can drop you off in Donville or Granville by car if you need to do some grocery shopping. Possibility to access Granville by walking on the beach (45 minutes) or by shuttle bus 3 times a day during the summer. Other things to note A golf course and a naturist and textile beach are close to the house, an 8-minute walk away.
