Welcome! This is my second apartment on Airbnb and I'm happy to share it with you. This apartment is spacious, quiet and sunny! Everything is new: furniture & homemade. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, microwave, electric hob, fridge. The sheets & towels are 100% cotton. An Italian shower, smart tv, soft air conditioning. Luxurious comfort to make you feel at home. The space The whole apartment is at your disposal during your stay. A concierge and housekeeper service is available upon request. Cleaning protocol: The apartment is fully cleaned and disinfected before each guest's arrival. Dishes are fully washed. Linens and towels washed at 60 C. Cleaned and disinfected surfaces. The handles, keys and others are sprayed with alcohol. I take the cleaning protocol very seriously to ensure safety for my guests and for myself. Guest access A washing machine and dryer service is available in the laundromat at the reception. Other things to note There is one Marjane and BIM nearby, on the same street. A great Italian restaurant downstairs from the building. And any other shops and coffee shops 5 minutes away, at THE toilet. Please let me know if you need any further information.
