Nestled in a pretty village, a few kilometers from Nîmes, our cosy villa will offer you a comfortable stay and an ideal base for a wonderful holiday in the Languedoc Roussillon. The house is spacious with a nice decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the 2 bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms. You will find all shops nearby (5 min walk): bakeries, a food store, a pharmacy ... Ideally located close to the entrance of the highway, discover the treasures of the south of France. The space Take advantage of the sunny summer that the South of France offers in our villa with its wooded garden, complete with a brand new 6-seat SPA! There is a comfortable double Murphy bed in the living room offering extra bedding for 2 people. Enjoy eating in the “pergola” which is an extra covered space outside in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is build in a veranda, offering plenty of natural light to cook and eat. In the master bedroom, you’ll have a comfortable king bed and a big shower in the en-suite. The second bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It’s allowed to smoke but outside only. The villa is entirely yours. The garden and the spa are private, no vis a vis for your pleasure and tranquility. There are 2 tenants on the property renting private studios. They are discreet and love their privacy.
