Close to the boat docks and right on the lake promenade, enjoy your vacation on the shores of Tyrol's largest lake. The space Our fantastically located 57 m² apartment offers a magnificent view of the beautiful Tyrolean mountains and the crystal clear Lake Achen. The apartment is bright, exclusive and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linens, table linens, hand and bath towels, complete kitchen equipment, etc.) There is also a private infrared cabin in the apartment! Guest access The apartment has its own terrace or balcony with comfortable seating, grill and parasol. For your car, we of course provide a private parking space (carport and parking spaces)! Other things to note We are the ideal location for countless activities and undertakings in the surrounding mountains: * 500 km of hiking trails (start directly from our house) * 250 km of bike paths, whether challenging up the mountains or relaxing on along the river bank * For our golfers or those who want to become one, 18-hole champion Pertisau golf course * Water sports: swimming, diving, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing * Or take a leisurely and relaxing ride on the Achensee ships around the lake... * Aim high with the paragliding school * With helmet & rope on the via ferrata or to the climbing gardens
