The space We have a nice front and backyard with plenty of space. The room has a nice bed for an enjoyable sleep, the lounge area has comfortable couches, coffee table and a fire place. It is a comfortable house for those who wish to make a stop during their travels, or find a home before settling into Christchurch for a longer period of time. Guest access Guests are able to access their bedroom, bathrooms, laundry (bring your own washing powder), lounge, kitchen (bring your own cooking ingredients and tidy up after yourself), back and front yards. Guests shall not access other bedrooms, garage, and study area of the house. Other things to note The husband/wife, girlfriend/boyfriend can accommodate in the same room by paying extra$ 20 for as an extra person when they arrive.
