Other things to note The listed price applies to long-term rentals. The house is rented from one month or longer. Rates: 1 month — 1850 USD, 3 months — 1600 USD per month, 6 months or more — 1450 USD per month. Trash disposal is carried out using designated waste collection bags. These bags can be purchased at the train station or in any local shop and are inexpensive. The house is connected to a standard electricity supply. A generator or other alternative power sources are not provided.
