Freestyle Apartment - Family-friendly apartment in a quiet and central location in Sautens. Our apartment is ideal for those seeking peace, families and large families. Ideal starting point for hiking trips and skiing experiences in the beautiful Ötztal. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house with private entrance. We ourselves live on the lower floor and value considerate, quiet guests. Please see the house rules in advance under "Other important information." The apartment is great for families and quiet groups who want to spend relaxing days in the Ötztal. The accommodation for up to 8 people covers 96 square meters and offers 3 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, as well as a kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso de Longhi coffee maker. Bedroom 1: one double bed, wardrobe, couch, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: one double bed, one single bed, table, wardrobe, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer. Bedroom 3: one double bed, one single bed, one couch, bathroom with shower and toilet. For our little guests, there are various toys in the closet and we are happy to provide a crib and high chair free of charge. In your own garden area you can spend relaxing hours in the summer and enjoy the view. Wi-Fi and two parking spaces at the property are available free of charge. Other free public parking spaces are reachable in a few minutes' walk.
