You don't need a car We offer quality! La Cala de Mijas is currently a small pearl in Mijas Costa in La Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Fuengirola within a very short distance. It is a beautiful yet quiet place of mass tourism, with wonderful golden sand beaches and crystal clear waters. Ideal for any time of year! Because of its micro-climate. You don't need a car; on foot, you can find everything and enjoy all that Mijas Costa has to offer. There is also a bus stop a 5-minute walk from the apartment. At the main roundabout of Cala de Mijas to go to Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella and many more places. Our development is very nice and quiet surrounded by gardens and a cute pool. For your convenience, the cleaning company's fee already includes payment to the company that handles check-in, with the registrations required by Spain, and check-out, including traveler procedures with the Andalusian police authorities. Guest access Located in a coqueta and quiet urbanization called "Cala Blanca" with norms of healthy convivencia. The common areas have gardens and a beautiful pool area, around there are trails for cycling, jogging and walking. The apartment has great luminosity in all areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large glass doors with access to the two terraces, on one of them has the arrival of the sun in the morning and in the other the beautiful sunsets to enjoy the typical views of Andalusia with sea and mountains. Beautiful Jardin area and swimming pool. (Check the dates when the pool is open) THE TERRACES do not HAVE an active ROOF or awning. The apartment has excellent ceiling fans and opening doors and windows you get a very nice breeze inside the apartment. Which means you don't have to use A/C all the time IMPORTANT It is necessary to be aware of the responsible use of electricity services as the prices have risen a lot!! We didn't raise prices per night but PAY ATTENTION! EXTRA CHARGES MAY BE MADE upon your departure if you have made excessive use of these services. Charging them directly or through Airbnb if needed. Summarizing; all services that require electricity must be used responsibly without needing to have them on unnecessarily or all day and/or night. IMPORTANT: When going out, make sure YOU HAVE THE KEYS WITH YOU and that EVERYTHING is turned off. DO NOT leave anything on, and make sure the terrace lights are off. La Cala de Mijas In addition to its beautiful, quiet and extensive golden sand beaches that allow you to enjoy the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean Sea, there is also a fantastic wooden coastal path along the beach shore for strolling, running, and cycling with beautiful views and multiple and wonderful Chiringuitos. Free parking to park on the same driveway street right in front of the apartment there are always places with ease and it is very safe. IMPORTANT RECALLS (For well-being and comfort in stays of 10 days or more, it is essential to request an extra cleaning service and at least every 10 days, which includes change of sheets and towels. This service has an additional cost and is paid before the service, either directly to the cleaning person or via bank transfer, as agreed upon when requesting the service. SWIMMING POOL The pool opens approximately on March 15 and closes on October 31 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. THIS MAY VARY each year; please check. Other things to note The main room with access to the terrace –suroeste– has a comfortable and large bed of 1.60 x 2.00 with a fantastic high quality mattress that will allow you to have a wonderful rest, full bathroom integrated to the room with shower and bathtub. (32¨ flat HD TV) beautiful views of the sunsets you can see from the terrace that is in the bedroom. NOTE: The closet in this room is closed for rentals (please do not try to open it to avoid damaging it, thank you for your understanding). There is another piece of furniture right there for your use with shelves and drawers, and the closet in the 2nd bedroom, which is exactly the same size, is also totally at your disposal. The second room has access to the second terrace - southeast - where you can enjoy morning coffee, breakfast and beautiful sunrises. This room with closet and a single bed that extends remaining 2 single beds or joints of 1.60 x 2.00 mts. It will be prepared if requested in case there are more than 3 people. This bed is not for heavy people. If you do not require a large bed you can ask to be prepared with a single bed of 80 x 2.00, having more space in the room and more comfort or simply having it as a second sitting area or office area, all on request according to your needs. IMPORTANT This bed when it opens is not for large or heavy people as they do not resist it. The rooms will be dressed in summer or winter clothes depending on the time of year. The dining room and living room are furnished to enjoy these areas of coexistence with great comfort and rest (Philips Smart TV full HD, 50¨), with access to the terrace to enjoy it with an ensemble of high quality original and elegant design: table, armchair and comfortable seats that will allow you to have the aperitif, read, rest to your liking listening to birds or simply enjoying the sun and fresh air that comes from the mountains, since due to its orientation -suroeste- it has many hours of direct light per day. On this terrace you will find a table where you can make your meals and enjoy the views. The terraces are roofless The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy it during your stay. It allows you to cook if you wish or go out to a variety of bars and restaurants that you have a few steps from the apartment in Cala de Mijas. Internet via unlimited WiFi router (you can connect from any device: laptop, iPad, tablet, smartphone...). NOTE: When you arrive at the apartment you'll find the basics necessary for the first days such as toilet paper, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, water, coffee, sugar, etc., and we suggest you buy what you need for your stay. You have Aldi supermarket and the new and gigantic Carrefour on the corner of the house that make it very convenient. Mercadona, very close and others also around. Definitely “It's a great location” The pool opens approximately on March 15 and closes on October 31 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The pool entrance key is kept with the records of each apartment for monitoring purposes. Therefore, we strongly request that you take great care of it and return it to its place, as losing it would cause significant problems, given that it takes 3 weeks to replace it, and a charge of €120 would be applied.
