The space Beautiful house in a quiet street just 9 klms from the Sydney CBD. Close to public transport routes, shops and the Cooks River. Renovated house with large kitchen and living area and sunny backyard. You'll feel at home here. The city is a short 20 min train ride away (Hurlstone Park stn) and Newtown is a 10-15 min bus ride. The bus stop is 5 mins walk and the train about 8 minutes walk. It is a big double room, very light and breezy with 3 windows with blinds for privacy and sleep. The floors are polished boards, there is hanging and drawer space and a very comfortable queen size bed. There is space in the pantry for your food if you want to cook and great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A 10-15 minute bus ride (or drive) takes you to Newtown, where there are abundant restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, music and people. Hi, I am Rohan's flatmate, and this is my room.
