Lovely Large Room & Private Bathroom

CLOSE TO THE SILVERSTONE PARK AND RIDE SERVICE: A lovely, tidy large double room with a comfy bed and sofa bed. TV and a DVD player in the room for a relaxing stay. Your own private bathroom with new bath and a shower over located right next to your room. In a quiet detached house close to all local amenities. Sunday evening - Friday only (unless specialised events at Silverstone). Only occupants that like being around dogs please as my dog lives here 😊 The space Large Double room available in a lovely tidy detached house in Marina Park NN5 (St crispins). Which is situation approx 5-10 min walk to the Silverstone park and ride. Room is fully furnished with a double bed (newly bought mattress from Dreams) sofa bed, kettle, mini fridge, chest of drawers, foldaway table/laptop desk, bedside tables, blinds and black out curtains. There is a wardrobe with hangers and a drawer for your clothes. WiFi is included, there is also a smart TV in the room and a DVD player (large selection of DVDs to choose from in bedside draw). Clean bedding and bath towel provided in the bathroom. The bedroom has a secure lock on the door with key. Hand sanitiser is provided in the room, the room will be fully disinfected and cleaned after each guest. All bills are included in the price. New bath with shower over which is right next to your room, this will be solely used by you as I go to the gym in the mornings so you won’t feel that you need to rush to get out or struggle to ever get in there. I also have a WC downstairs and a shared kitchen/diner with smart tv. Your own space can be given in fridge for your food should you need it. All kitchen appliances can be used and there is a dishwasher so you don’t need to wash up. Parking right outside the front of the house in a non through quiet road. Small enclosed garden with furniture. Easy access to M1, walking distance to Sixfields, including a 5 minute walk to the Silverstone Park and Ride, very regular bus routes 2 minutes from the house to Town centre/train station/Daventry. Walking distance to all local amenities which include a co-op, indigo sun tanning shop, fish and chips, tapas restaurant, one stop, steak restaurant, cafe and takeaways. It is also a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 5 local pubs, cinema, bowling and restaurants. ***PLEASE NOTE: *** The room is available from Sunday evening- Friday. (Unless specialised events at Silverstone). This room would not be suitable for someone requiring a full 7 day rent. This room would be more suited to a professional (someone working away from home) or someone visiting Silverstone, due to me working from home in the daytime* I have a small friendly dog (a CockerPom). If you are not a dog person this may not be the most suited for you, it is my dogs home but he does sleep and chill with me so won’t be a bother to you but he may like to greet you when you come in. I work full time and keep myself to myself in the evenings watching tv in the lounge or my room so you have your own space and you can relax when you get in and come and go as you please.
