Second floor left wing: master bedroom, bedroom, and full bathroom with tub/shower. Second floor right wing: bedroom and full bathroom with tub/shower. 4 bedrooms with 4 beds, accommodates up to 8 people max. Stainless steel appliances, beautiful kitchen countertop, mosaic tiles in the kitchen, ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms, etc. Other things to note ***There are railroad tracks next to the building, behind the fence of the parking lot. Freight trains run on this track. The crossing gate is right by the building. You can hear the train honking before crossing and running on the tracks. No set schedule. Train does run during the night into am hours.*** If baseball camps close due to a pandemic, full refund will be received. Check in and check out flexible depending on calendar.
