Recently named one of Indy's "Hot Properties" the home is only one mile to the busy 'Mass Ave' with local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife. Walk, bike, scoot, Uber or just a short walk to Indy's easy rental car system. Also, just a couple blocks walk to local coffee shop Rabble for your morning brew. Quiet area with off-street parking, close to all the major interstates in Indy. The space The home was built in 1900, renovated in 2017 and is located in the historic St. Clair Place neighborhood of Indianapolis. Guest access You will have access to both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, laundry area, and kitchen. Every room is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking, getting ready, and even a large selection of DVD's and video games for a cozy night in. Other things to note I have lived downtown Indianapolis for over 12 years and in Indy my entire life.
