The Perfect place for rest and relaxation, overlooking mature grounds to the beautiful inner harbour. Absolute waterfront property newly renovated with large bedrooms and living areas. Sit back, relax in the recliners enjoying the 50” smart tv. Relax with a book or wine taking in the views and birdsong from the large covered outdoor living and barbecue area. Picnic or relax by the water, (kayaks available in summer months). The space Lifestyle block bordered by avocado and kiwi fruit orchards and Katikati harbour. Newly decorated accommodation housing 2 spacious bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry. The large open living, dining, kitchenette area leads out to a large covered courtyard all enjoying water views. The studio sleeps four, with a queensize bed in the second bedroom. The front bedroom has a King size bed and sweeping views of the harbour. The kitchenette has a microwave that also grills, small fridge freezer, electric frypans, toaster and nutribullet. A four burner hooded barbecue with side element is located in the covered outdoor area. You have your own private access and plenty of parking. The hosts house is on the section but set aside to maintain both guests and hosts privacy. Accommodation is attached to at the end of a large Garage/Shed used seldomly when hosting guests. 50” smart tv and comfortable reclining lounge suite. We work weekdays so if we can’t meet our guests we’ll provide the lockbox code with access instructions. Guest access Guests have access to the large lawn space and gardens directly down to the water approximately 100 metres from the accommodation. A picnic table is all set on the waters edge. Beach towels can be made available on request for those that want to swim and kayaks available over summer between labour weekend and Easter (conditions apply) Other things to note - kitchenette facilities no oven or hobs but electric frypans provided.. Lovely local eateries nearby that can be recommended by your hosts - katikati local market runs Every Friday 3.30-6pm at the A & P showgrounds - A Public boat ramp is a minutes drive at the end of the road. - the lovely seaside town Waihi Beach is a fifteen minute drive. - Waihi is about twenty minutes drive - Bethlehem and Tauranga is a 20-30 minute drive. - Kiwi Kabs is KatiKatis local taxi service and located minutes away - Countdown Supermarket is minutes away from your accommodation.
