Just a couple blocks away from Chautauqua Park where there are some of the most amazing hiking trails and picturesque views in the state. CU campus is right around the corner if you are here for a visit. Our quiet Craftsman style cottage is a great place for your visit to Boulder. Welcome to our charming private cottage built in 1923. It is a adorable space with lots of natural light, the main entry room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, there is a separate kitchen, bathroom and the double bed has its own nook off the main room. The cottage has everything you will need: - Full kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven with stove top, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and dishes/utensils) - WiFi - 40" TV with Roku for streaming - Comfortable double bed - Bathroom with shower Due to health and safety precautions for us and others, no animals are allowed on the property. There is a private patio outside the kitchen door of the cottage which is for the exclusive use of the guests. My husband and I have been in Boulder for over 30 years and are happy to provide you with any information that can assist you for your enjoyable stay. We love to meet our guests but understand your privacy and will respect that. Our neighborhood is one of the oldest in the city with beautiful homes and amazing views of the Flatirons. This is a nice safe area within walking distance to the University of Colorado, Chautauqua Park, hiking trails, and our famous Pearl Street Mall. Rocky Mountain National Park is a little over an hour away just NW from Boulder. We are a two hour drive to some of the best ski resorts in the country - Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Vail. For the more adventurous soles who are looking to summit some of our many 14ers they are only a short drive away. We are centrally located and you can easily get to most places in a few minutes. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the University Hill businesses or about 20 minute walk to the Pearl St Mall. We are only a few blocks to public BUS transportation RTD. Nothing in Boulder is very far from this location. Let us know if you have specific questions for the RTD bus. - AIRBnB GUESTS ONLY. For everyone's safety, extra guests beyond those in the reservation are not allowed on the property. - There is no parking on our street. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that all of our guests not park on our street as there is just enough parking for the residents who live here. Parking is available just 3 houses away (about 150') from the house. Please keep this in mind, and if that doesn't work for you then please do not book our space. - No smoking of any kind, including marijuana is allowed anywhere on the property or in the area. If you must smoke please do this off site. *If you do smoke you will lose your security deposit. - No animals anywhere on the property. Due to health and safety precautions for us and others, no animals are allowed on the property. - No bicycles, skis, snowboards, or any other large sports equipment or other types of outside equipment/gear inside the cottage. If bringing bicycle(s) make sure you have a lock to lock it up outside. We do not provide separate storage space for bicycles, etc. Other items need to be left in your vehicle. - No drug use! - Please make sure and always latch the front gate.
