The space This house is nestled in Assagao next to Anjuna and Vagator it is situated on the second floor of the house in residential area of Assagao and is well connected with main road. it has interdependent access to the house and guests can come and go at any time. it has one large bedroom with double bed and single bed. living area also has a queen size bed. It has one toilet bathrooms The kitchen has gas stove , fridge , utensils and cutlery. it has a balcony and a terrace. Guest access The entire house is for the guests and no space will be shared apart from the entrance of house which is shared by the guests staying on first floor. Guests are required to abide by the local rules and keep the place clean Other things to note We do not provide towels and toiletries The guests must check out the room latest by 10 am. In case of late check-out, the guest will be charged extra. Foreign guests are required to provide Passport and Visa details before check-in. This is required for filling the C-Form, as it is a statuary requirement. The guest will be denied check-in, in case the guest fails to provide this required information. Guests are requested to lock all doors when going out. Please switch the Air conditioners off while going out. Also don't keep the wondows open if the Conditioner is switched on. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
