Our 16th-century Barn conversion offers a blend of historic charm and modern convenience, making it an ideal Airbnb retreat for 2026. Set in a peaceful semi rural location, yet remains exceptionally accessible via nearby major road links. The property features original exposed beams and rustic stone walls. You have your own entrance and key to The Little Barn which comprises of a double bed and WC/Basin on the lower ground and a staircase takes you to the lounge and dining area upstairs. The space We are delighted to welcome you to our unique, Barn conversion and French-themed guest bathroom! This charming, self-contained room has its own private entrance, ensuring maximum privacy. Whilst the bedroom and lounge/dining area are separate, the exclusive guest bathroom is located just a few steps down a short, shared hallway within the main part of our large home. Important Note on the Bathroom Access: This is a private bathroom reserved solely for guest use. It is not a shared space with myself or Bryan. • Layout: You will briefly enter a small section of our main home's living room (This room is never used whilst we have guests) and hallway to access your private bathroom. We stay in a separate wing of the house, so it is highly unlikely you will see us during your stay. • A "Cut-off Time": To ensure the quiet enjoyment of all guests and residents, the bathroom area of the main house closes at 9:00pm nightly. Please plan your evening routine accordingly. The Space: Step into a little piece of Provence! Your exclusive bathroom features a deep freestanding bath, Power Shower, Provencal tiles, and a French Armoire. Perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the area. We have ensured your comfort in accessing this unique space: • Provided Robes: Plush robes are provided to make your short walk to and from the bathroom comfortable and discreet. • Well-lit hallway: Wall lighting guides your way to the bathroom. • Privacy Assured: The hallway access is minimal and reserved for this purpose. We look forward to hosting you and hope you appreciate the unique character of our large property! Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION THE BATHROOM IS NOT A SHARED SPACE, THIS IS FOR YOUR USE ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. Our guests have full use of the Master French bathroom suite, The bathroom is for the guest use only. Due to the your Master bathroom being in our home, we therefore have a cut off time of 9pm for a bath or shower. Please contact me prior to making a reservation if you are planning on arriving late evening (after 19:00) as I may have other commitments that I will not be able to alter in order to greet you. Therefore I may not be able to accept your reservation. Guest may check in between 15:00 - 19:00 but you MUST ask at the time of booking if you are to arrive later than this time. Weekend bookings require an approximate time of arrival due to being our home as we are not on site 24 hours per day. We do not have a key lock box and will not leave the keys with anyone as this is our home so we must meet and greet you when you arrive.
