The space The apartment can sleep 3 comfortably (2 in the king size bed in the large bedroom and one more, if needed in the living room, bedding already in place in the cupboards). Avoids booking of two hotel rooms if travelling in a group of 3. The full flat as in the pictures of the advert is rented out. Note that the villas shown in the pictures are part of the compound and are available for rent as well, see separate adverts. Guest access The apartment has a large bedroom with walk in closet & bathroom & toilet +living room with kitchen +large balcony This is all inclusive in the price, so no sharing, you will have control over the whole apartment for the rental period. The Luxury Villa community has common amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table room, table tennis room, gym, massage room and access is complimentary. Masseuse needs to be hired separately. Other things to note The property has 24hrs security (4 watchmen). Gardeners, Cleaners, electricians, plumbers available on call. 24hrs backup electricity generator. Tap water not potable. Caretakers/Security/Plumber/Electrician/Gardener are available on call. Flexible cancellation policy in case you change your mind. Currently Pool area and clubhouse area are being refurbished, so bear with the painting works going on. Hence the pricing of the room is as shown. Virus Protocol during pandemic times: All staff will be wearing masks.
