The attic is spacious and very cozy, to feel at home! It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the dining room for 2 people. The kitchen has all the basic elements: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, automatic orange juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils. Guest access La Malvarrosa is a quiet neighborhood with all the services. On the Avenida de la Malvarrosa, on the parallel street, there is the Mercadona supermarket and all kinds of shops. Five minutes from the accommodation is the promenade, the beach of fine golden sand and all kinds of restaurants and bars on the beach where you can taste the Valencian horchata. La Patacona is the beach that follows Malvarrosa towards the north and is very close to the attic. It is a very quiet and little crowded area, with very clean water. It is perfect for water sports.
