The apartments are all similar in size and layout. I often rent them to families who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining their independence. The latter was renovated in 2025. Among other things, I renovated the kitchen area and installed efficient air conditioners. Other things to note The price does not include the final cleaning fee of €60, which must be paid upon arrival, and the linen, which I can provide if necessary at a cost of €30 per person. From October 1 to April 30, the accommodation tax is €1 per person per day, up to a maximum of €7 per stay, for those over 14 years of age.
