Stay right in the middle of downtown Mesa in your own historic charmer. Steps away from Heartwood Montessori (certification!), Mesa Convention Center, Mesa Amphitheatre, and the Mesa Delta-Marriott hotel. We are right by Diamonds Sports Grille (where you can catch a shuttle to Spring Training!), a 10 minute walk to the Mesa Arts Center, less than a half mile to the light rail that can take you through Tempe to downtown Phoenix, and walking distance to various wedding venues! The space This beautiful, well-appointed home has all the amenities you need! It has gorgeous original wood floors, a claw-foot tub with showerhead, washer and dryer, plenty of beds and a beautiful and spacious yard. It is located on a quiet street just minutes to the light rail, down the street from spring training, and one block from Main street. There are several wedding venues all within a square mile of our house. The Mesa amphitheater and convention center are practically in the backyard. Traveling with kids? It is walking distance to the Mesa Library, IDEA Museum, and Natural History Museum. The best restaurants are also walking distance - Worth Takeaway, Nunthaporn Thai Cuisine, Margaritas, Republica Empanada, as well as Main St. Sweets. And if you prefer a night of culture, the Mesa Art Center hosts premier acts throughout the year... and is also walking distance. For a quiet night in, feel free to rest on the porch or deck in the beautiful yard, which boasts several fruit trees. The home is 860 square feet and all of it is yours during your stay! We welcome everyone and hope you feel at home. Guest access The entire home and yard. Other things to note There is absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in, out, or around the property. There are severe allergies and asthma in our family so if anyone in the group smokes, this is not the property for you. It is strictly enforced that only 4 guests max are in the home, this includes guests coming over but not staying the night. There is a $20 charge per guest over 2 per night. This home is not equipped for bridal parties to get ready. If you would like to check in early please message! If it can be accommodated it is a $35 charge. Air conditioner cannot be lower than 72 degrees. The bathroom is only accessible by walking through the master bedroom. There may be times when we will need to fix or replace things inside the home. This is left up to our discretion and while we will make every reasonable effort to notify you in a timely manner, we do reserve the right to enter the premises as needed to maintain our home.
