Gentle and independent accommodation located in the heart of the historic center of Favara, 100 meters from Farm Cultural Park. WiFi The space At the entrance you will find a large staircase that leads to the second floor, where a large living room will greet you in the house. Here you will find a relaxation area with two comfortable sofas and an extendable table for up to 10 seats. On the same floor you can use a bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a large mirror and a kitchen with a sofa bed. From the large living room you access the second floor through a staircase finished in green marble and wrought iron handrail. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first room is a double room that can also be used as a triple, which gives direct access to the walk-in closet and the first bathroom, equipped with shower stall, toilet, washbasin and mirror. The other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds that can also be used as double beds. All bedrooms overlook their own balcony. Complete the sleeping area with the second bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub/shower. On the third and last floor, a 70-square-meter terrace overlooking the historic center and the dome of the Mother Church of Favara will brighten your evenings outdoors. It is a single large environment consisting of a very comfortable brick kitchen and a relaxation area with a sofa and 42-inch flat screen TV. Kitchen is complete with all utensils, an oven for heating meals, high chair for children, fridge freezer and countertops. An extendable table of up to 14/16 seats allows you to organize events with many diners. Thisarea is air-conditioned and has a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, washing machine and ironing board. The outside consists of a spacious terrace furnished with plants and flowers, with barbecue area finished in terracotta and wooden beams, wood-fired oven and washing area. It's especially good for a family or group of friends. It is accessed by an armoured door, from the roadside to the entrance of the house, you have to climb a step.
