Other things to note Please review before booking to ensure a good fit: • Loft Bedroom The second sleeping area is an open loft overlooking the living room (no wall or door). Best suited for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. • Driveway & Access The driveway is steep (but short) and concrete with a turn at the top (common in the Smokies). It is well lit, and most guests drive up without issue, including standard vehicles. Parking at the bottom and walking up is also an option based on comfort level. • Winter Travel Snow is typically short-lived in Gatlinburg, but 4WD is recommended during winter weather for the area in general. • Neighborhood Setting This is a cabin community. You may see or hear neighbors, though the trees provide a peaceful, semi-private feel. • Rental Agreement A rental agreement is required after booking confirmation.
