With covered outdoor seating aplenty, each of our 5 Porch Houses is a standalone 372 square foot unit featuring a queen-sized bed. Lucky Arrow Retreat’s Porch Houses include heat & AC, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker & assorted coffees, hairdryer, iron & board, sleeper sofa, and a walk-in shower. Linens & towels are provided. Our Porch Houses are non-smoking rooms. Wifi available in the room. Pets are allowed in some Cabins with a $150 fee per pet. And just to sweeten the deal, our covered beer garden and heated pool are centrally located so that all our guests can enjoy the best parts of getting away from it all. Wifi is located in our Beer Garden area. Lucky Arrow Retreat takes standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and we are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Our team has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) statements regarding COVID-19. We are also working diligently to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on social distancing, hygiene, and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19, and include contactless check-in and check-out, handwashing hygiene and cleaning protocols for our rooms, common areas and event spaces. Check-In: We have a simple, contactless check-in process. When you book a room at Lucky Arrow Retreat, we text you all of the information you need to check in to your room without the need to visit our on-site office in person. Please be sure to opt into our Whistle text messaging platform to ensure these communications are received. Check-Out: Our check-out process is a breeze. Simply place your room key back in the lockbox located next to the entry door of your room. It’s that simple. Handwashing Hygiene: We understand that proper and frequent handwashing by our staff is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. It’s important for their health and that of our guests. Symptom Monitoring: We are actively monitoring our entire staff for the common symptoms of COVID-19 to ensure their own health and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Ongoing Training: We train our housekeeping and office staff on hygiene protocols to ensure they meet the guidelines set out by the CDC. Cleaning: Our cleaning protocols include cleaning products and measures which are effective against viruses for the following spaces: Our housekeeping staff uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, handles, light switches, countertops, faucets, toilets, sinks, and room keys. Common & Event Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of our Bath House, Event Center and Airstream Office with a focus on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, handles, light switches, countertops, faucets, toilets, and sinks. Swimming Pool: Our social distancing rules require guests to maintain 6’ of separation from other guests outside of their immediate group. Guests may access all 15 acres of the property including the pool, hiking trails, and neighboring winery + brewing company. Dripping Springs is bursting at the seams with rollicking good times for the whole family. From local swimming spots like Hamilton Pool and Jacob’s Well to delightful hiking and exploring at Milton Reimer Ranch Park to friendly challenges at Austin Paintball, you and your gang won’t be wanting for things to do. And to cap it all off, the jewel of The Hill Country, Pedernales Falls State Park, is less than 30 minutes away. Bringing a Pet? Pet-friendly cabins are available, and our pet fee is $150.00 non-refundable per stay and will need to be paid before arrival. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. Service animals and registered emotional support animals are exempt from the $150 fee, but each guest is still responsible for any damages these service and emotional support animals may cause. You must pick up after your pet, so please bring dog waste bags with you.
