The space Parking Parking is available at the end of street in small lot across from Reds Liquor or the city parking lot during daytime hours 8 am- 5 pm. In the evenings and weekends, you can park directly outside of building on street parking. Cozy loft apartment that is charming, relaxing and beautifully decorated. The historic imperfections add decorative elements with exposed ceiling and brick walls. Great place to write, create, or just chill and get caught up on all of those great books you have been saving to read. Rejuvenate your mind and body. Apartment is a smoke free environment. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator and drip coffee pot and electric water kettle. Guests are supplied with tea and coffee with the option of drip coffee or French coffee press as well as personal tea pots. Bedroom is equipped with Bluetooth speaker and convenient usb/outlets on bedside table, smart flat screen TV and WiFi. Living space offers a large smart flat screen TV and local TV stations. Convertible sofa bed is in the living space. This is larger than a twin but smaller than a full size bed. This comfortably sleeps one large or two small persons. Bed linens and extra pillows are provided. Eating area is a table that can be expanded to be used as great work space. Also a desk area is provided. Must be able to climb stairs to upstairs apartment. Guests are ask to leave the apartment fairly clean and place used dishes in dishwasher. A cleaning charge of $50 maybe charged for any unusual circumstances. Guest access You have use of entire space. Other things to note Parking Tips Overnight parking after 5 pm is available in front of the building or behind the building. There is two hour parking but you will not be ticketed before 8 am or after 5 pm weekdays. Free parking on weekends. For daytime parking Monday- Friday, you can park in the city parking or at the end of the street. Parking is not guaranteed during court days. (Third weekend in October). We do have an alternative parking space available two blocks away. The streets in front of building and all public parking are closed down for the festival Thursday- Monday of Courtday weekend.
