La Roulotte, a cosy and unusual lodging

Only 1h45 from Paris, 40 min from Caen and 25 min from the coast. Real circus trailer completely renovated with taste, nestled in a 4 and 5 * estate and in the heart of a garden/apple orchard of one hectare. It has its own fully equipped terrace (sun-shade, armchairs, BBQ, in spring/summer) and offers a breathtaking view of the garden/apple orchard. July/August: breakfast baskets, electric bikes, yoga lessons, massage, wine bar. All year round: half-board offer at €39/day/person, massages. The space Unusual accommodation - Small trailer completely renovated with its bedroom, its bathroom, its equipped terrace (spring/summer), its small kitchenette and its dining area, and two benches. Ideal for lovers looking for disconnection (voluntarily no WiFi or TV) or for a small family. Capacity for 2 adults + possibly 2 young children (limited size) on the benches which transform into small extra beds. The village, just a few steps away (200 m), offers many services : Grocery, Butcher, Tobacco, Bar, Bakery, Hairdresser, Pharmacy... Many events take place there throughout the year, such as its reputed outdoor traditional market which is organized every Sunday of the summer, on the village square. Please note that animals are not allowed in our accommodations and that all our accommodations are non-smoking. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation and to your private garden space on part of the estate. La Roulotte has its own private parking lot. With the village just a few steps away, you will be able to, if you wish, (re)discover the pleasure of doing your everyday grocery shopping by foot. Other things to note Please note that the trailer does not have an oven (only hotplates) and that its can be a little cramped, so it is not recommended for people of large size or build. Possibility to order breakfast for your stay, for an extra fee, (basket delivered in the morning to your door at the time of your choice, filled with fresh products). Available, on request, upon prior order. This autumn (from 29/08/23 to 06/11/23), if you take our delivered breakfasts, you can hire 2 electric bikes. In July and August (from July 7th to August 26th): - You can enjoy our Wine Bar, open from Thursday to Saturday from 7 p.m. Live musical evenings under the stars on Thursdays and barbecues on Fridays and Saturdays in the outdoor amphitheater. - On-site activities, subject to availability, and for an extra fee : electric bikes, massages, yoga classes. A complaint file will be opened with Airbnb in the case of damage. Any organization of birthday parties, etc. must be agreed on in advance before arrival. Access to the accommodation is reserved for the group that has reserved the accommodation, no outside visitor can be welcomed without prior agreement. Our guests are asked to respect a suitable level of noise pollution in respect to the other guests of the estate and the village close by.
