Easy access, no driving to the middle of nowhere and nice roads. The cabin is a Duplex and we live on one side with our fur baby. The cabin has 1 Cal. King Bedroom on main level with a full bathroom. The kitchen and living is also located on the main level. There are 1 Queen and 1 king bedrooms located on the lower level with 1 full bathroom, and also another living room with TV and a door to a lower enclosed deck. On the lower level enclosed deck there is a Hot Tub for you to use. ( Host also has access to this HotTub, but will not use when there are guest). On the main level there is a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and all utensils. There is also a enclosed deck on the main level overlooking the lake. We will provide all Towels and Linens for your stay. Full Kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishes and Silverware. In the cooler months there is a firepit available for your pleasure, with plenty of seating. Sligo Getaway is Pet Friendly, HOST MUST BE NOTIFIED IF BRINGING ANIMALS IN ADVANCE - LIMIT OF 2 PETS ($50 PET FEE), ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF YOUR PET DOES ANY DAMAGES TO THE CABIN We live on the property and have a very sweet rescue dog that stays in the house, we do let him out to run and that is why we want no children. We have a extra Covered Carport for you to use. There is a grill for you to use but it is Charcoal. No Smoking in the House Please. Including enclosed porches. You may smoke on front porch. (There will be a $1000 fine if there was smoking in the cabin.) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO MORE THAN 6 GUEST AT A TIME. I mentioned this property is a Duplex, we can be available at anytime if something is needed, as we live on the property. This is a very quiet lake loving community. Sligo Getaway is located 5 miles from town, you will need a vehicle for transportation. If no one is in Cabin before your stay, you can check in as early as 10 am NO MORE THAN 6 GUEST, NO BIG PARTIES No children permitted All TV’S ARE ROKU
