The space This non smoking home has a private street front entrance separate from the home owners. A beautiful front porch boasts unobstructed views into a park across the street. There is a fully functional kitchen on the main floor for our guests to enjoy cooking homemade meals. The cozy living room off the main entrance has a pull-out bed for extra guests. Upstairs there is one bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This place is where you want to be for comfort and practicality. Let this be your home away from home! Guest access NOTE: Absolutely no parties or smoking. A minimum fine of $500 will be taken if there is smoking of any kind in the unit. Guests have access to the entire unit which includes: private entrance, parking available for a fee, a porch, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The owners live in the unit behind the Airbnb and are available to discuss any questions you may have during your stay. Please bring your attention to our house rules as they are very important to us. See below for our rules: Travellers must agree to all house rules and understand that we have a zero tolerance for breaking them. If rules are broken, your reservation will be cancelled immediately. It is imperative that the person booking and arriving at the rental unit is the person who's profile we see verified in the booking. It is a strict rule of ours that only the accurate number of people accepted in the booking will be allowed to arrive and rent the unit. If you book for 3 people, only 3 people are able to stay overnight in the unit. Reservation changes must be made if there is a change in the number of guests. No smoking in our unit. Smoking must take place at the end of the driveway. Please turn off all lights and appliances when not in use. No shoes in the house. Always keep the front door locked. Other things to note If more than two people are staying at the apartment, there is an additional fee of $80/night. Parking is available for an additional fee of $10/night.
