Centrally located apartment in Vesterbro

The apartment is centrally located on Vesterbro, close to Sønder Boulevard with green areas, small cafés and eateries, and within walking distance of the Central Station, Tivoli and Strøget. A quiet residential area with beautiful old buildings, primarily with owner-occupied apartments and cooperative housing. The apartment includes a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms as well as a kitchen and toilet/bath and a hallway. The space Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is 87 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. The apartment is cleaned by the guests after use. Kitchen table, stove, refrigerator, oven, all used kitchen utensils, porcelain and cutlery are washed, dishwasher emptied and waste disposed of. In the bathroom, the toilet, sink and shower area are cleaned. Living rooms and bedrooms are to be tidied, pillows and duvets are to be neatly arranged and all floors are to be vacuumed. Cleaning may be arranged for an extra fee. Guest access There is access to a lovely enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, lawns, trees and flowers. There is a nice playground with many toys. There is also a common laundry room with a tumble dryer and drying areas. Laundry cards can be borrowed by appointment. Other things to note The dishwasher, oven and washing machine should not be switched on at the same time, as it can blow the fuses. There is access to the yard via the back stairs. Laundry can be dried on one of the racks in the courtyard. There is also a shared terrace on the roof, which can be accessed via the back stairs across the drying loft. Waste containers are located at the back of the yard, and we have waste sorting, which all guests are asked to comply with (overview and waste sorting can be found in the kitchen). The host has three older bicycles that are located in the bicycle cellar. Keys and bicycle helmets are available in the apartment and can be borrowed by arrangement.
