Feel free to bring your Toys! You will have 2 Docks to tie up to as well as a Jet Ski ramp with room for 2 jet skis. The grass is perfect for lawn games. You can enjoy fishing, boating, wake boarding, skiing, swimming, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, wind surfing, SUP boarding, yard games, hiking, sand dunes, etc.!!! We are only minutes from the Dunes, Beach/Ocean, River, Two Golf Courses, Family Fun Go Karts, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats, Dune Buggy Rides & Charming Old Town Florence with great Restaurants, Coffee Spots, Shopping & Ice Cream! Guest access There are 2 Docks, a lovely grass lawn, sandy beach & a gas BBQ that are yours to use & enjoy. There is plenty of parking on the street. Please BE AWARE that you will be Right on the water & you must watch over children constantly as well as wear life jackets while you enjoy the lake. The Docks & Ramps can be very slippery so be cautious when using them. Other things to note There is a private exterior staircase leading up to your unit.
