Spacious, self contained, ground floor Victorian apartment overlooking the beach with a double bed and a superking which can be made into two singles. Ideal for families, golfers, outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for some relaxation. Broughty Ferry has a great selection of cafes, restaurants and independent boutiques, all in walking distance of the apartment. Free on-street parking at door. Easy driving distance of Dundee, St Andrews and Carnoustie. STL DD00017 The space The location of this apartment is exceptional - just a few paces from the beach and 1 minute from Broughty Ferry Castle. A children's playpark and formal gardens are also nearby. There is a great selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The property is in an extremely tranquil spot with easy on-street parking. The lounge window looks out on to the beach and Tentsmuir Forest beyond. It is spacious with original, ornate Victorian cornicing. We have two bedrooms, one double and one with a superking which can be made into two singles (photos of both options are listed). A travel cot and fold down single bed is also available although capacity is strictly 4 plus infant. Guest access There is ample, free on-street parking. All the amenities of Broughty Ferry are in walking distance. Easy day trips include Carnoustie, Dundee, St Andrews, Elie and Perthshire to name just a few. Broughty Ferry has a railway station and buses run every 10 minutes to Dundee. Other things to note Our address is 13a Castle Terrace but as this is a private (grass covered) road it is not recognised. Sat Nav may take you to our back door which is on Castle Street. Best to park on Castle Lane (facing the beach), walk through the iron gates and you will see our green front door - it's the first on the Terrace.
