The Aspen House

This is a quaint, two bedroom 2000 Square foot home with a private deck and a stunning mountain view. Located on the south side of town, there are hardly any structures between this home and Casper Mountain. Since it is on the edge of the neighborhood, there's a sense of seclusion while still feeling rather open to the beautiful landscapes of Wyoming. There are two town homes, same size, your stay could be in either. To book both homes contact owner (host).. Furnishings and appliances dated 2018. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one high end tempur-pedic) upstairs along with a full bathroom, laundry room, and two closets (one is a walk-in). There's a small reading nook at the top of the stairs and the rest of the common areas are downstairs. The living room downstairs is furnished entirely with aspen wood and shares the magnificent view with the deck. Laundry room, back patio, back yard, garage, driveway, and side yard are all accessible to guests only. A two car garage (with clicker) is available to guests providing ease of entrance in all weather conditions. Level 2 EV Charging Station in garage. I live nearby and should be around to help with any needs or answer any questions you may have during your stay. The neighborhood is an eight minute drive from Rotary Park which is built around Garden Creek Falls and is a beautiful getaway if you don't mind a short 5 minute hike. From there it is only another fifteen minute drive to the top of Casper mountain and the Hogadon Ski Area. Parking is available in two car garage and/or driveway. Concrete driveway is width of two car garage and about 30 feet in length from garage door to public sidewalk. Pets are allowed at a rate of $50/day; a longer stay can result in a lower amount. Please leave deposit (cash or check) on kitchen counter at checkout. This money is paid directly to the cleaning service.
