Richmond Retreat Clean, Luxury! No cleaning fee

Set high above the glorious Lake Taupo this cosy and luxurious home offers something for everyone. We are located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, and therefore peace and quiet is assured. For the summer months we have a swimming pool. We aim to make your stay relaxing and trouble-free. If there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. The space The unit is totally self-contained. It is totally insulated and double glazed,It has a very large super king bed. There is an adjoining bedroom which has three large single beds if required. It has it's own bathroom and a small kitchenette. (Note: This is NOT a full kitchen). We have provided a small fridge, microwave, toaster, jug and the necessities, e.g. tea, coffee etc. There is ALSO AN ADDITIONAL large kitchenette with a dining table which is shared with guests from our other unit there is an air fryer oven but no hot plates. In your unit there is a 50" TV in the main room and a 43 inch TV in the bedroom. These get Netflix, Disney+. USB charging ports and free WIFI. This is extremely spacious for two to five people. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK THE AMOUNT OF PROPLE YOU BOOK THIS FOR!!!! Sadly, many people choose to arrive under cover of darkness and think we have no idea of the amount of people they are sneaking in. It happens time and again and is very unfair on us as it places us in an awkward position. We have declared that we have outdoor surveillance cameras and we do check these.p Guest access Pool and garden Other things to note There are no views from the guest accommodation, however you are welcome to come upstairs and take in the amazing, sweeping views of the ever changing lake that the home has to offer from outside on the upstairs deck - perhaps with a bottle of wine and some cheese? Please park in the bay provided to the left of the main drive, or on the road. We have to be able to get our cars out to go to work in the mornings. This unit can only accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Please ensure at the time of booking you select the correct amount of guests. We do have exterior cameras and can check to see the amount of people who stay. Unfortunately this has been necessary lately as people often try to take advantage. We look forward to seeing you soon!
